Diagnostic of the HR management situation within the company, advice for the priorities in the development of the HR function and preparation of the HR Director profile.

FMCG food - Belgium branch of French company

Situation

The Company has no HR director in place and would like to proceed to a recruitment.

Objective

Before starting the recruitment of an HR Director, the company wanted to make a diagnostic of the HR situation.  This diagnostic would then be followed by the establishment of the job profile that would be the base for the recruitment.

Actions

Interviewing the executive committee members and the persons in charge of the existing HR processes. 

Establishment of a HR diagnostic that led to the writing of the profile needed for the company.

Results obtained

The diagnostic and profile were presented to the company and were considered as valuable tools to understand the existing situation and the priorities for the next years, as well as for starting the recruitment process of the HR Director.
